A global base in the UAE. New opportunities in Central Asia.
Kyrgyzstan can be the next step for businesses already operating from the UAE: local sales, a regional team, a joint project or a dedicated investment structure. VM.Capital helps turn market interest into a clear operating model.
We support UAE-based companies, entrepreneurs and private clients, including Emirati nationals and expatriate residents. We match the structure to your activities and objectives, from an ordinary company to the High Technology Park or Tamchy SFIT.

The UAE today: a diversified economy and changing priorities
The UAE remains an international centre for trade, finance and business services. Economic performance has nevertheless been uneven in 2026, with regional developments and travel disruptions affecting trade, transport and tourism.
Preliminary first-half data show economic growth alongside a rising non-oil share. For businesses, this makes market selection, supply-chain resilience and the location of individual functions especially relevant.
GDP growth
+0.4%
First half of 2026 versus the first half of 2025.
Non-oil economy
+1.8%
Non-oil GDP growth over the same period.
Non-oil share

What Kyrgyzstan can add to a UAE-based business
A presence closer to customers
A local company, contracts and representatives can support sales, servicing and distribution across Central Asia. Kyrgyzstan’s EAEU membership is relevant to trade planning; product requirements, origin rules and restrictions still need separate assessment.
Market entry supportTeams and selected functions
Software development, technical support, customer service and other functions can be established in Kyrgyzstan while retaining a UAE headquarters. We assess costs, management arrangements and HTP eligibility.
Business structuringInvestment on clear terms
We help assess a local business, asset or joint project: ownership rights, permissions, financial commitments and exit arrangements. Opportunities are considered following due diligence and in light of the investor’s objectives.
Due diligenceKyrgyzstan and the UAE: cooperation in practice
Energy, trade infrastructure and transport links underpin business relations. The examples below distinguish the nature and stage of cooperation.
Energy: Masdar
Agreement and continuing discussions
The 2023 agreement envisages up to 1 GW of renewable capacity, starting with a 200 MW solar project. Cooperation was discussed again by government representatives and the company in February 2026. These announcements do not establish that the plant has been commissioned.

Logistics and digital customs
Preliminary agreements
AD Ports Group announced agreements to explore a Kyrgyz logistics facility in KEZAD and a customs-digitalisation strategy involving Maqta Gateway. These are cooperation initiatives, not confirmation of completed infrastructure.

Direct business connections
Dubai–Bishkek route
flydubai offers direct services between Dubai and Bishkek, supporting meetings, project visits and work with local teams. Timetables and actual flight availability should be checked before travelling.

Which form of presence should you consider?
An ordinary company
Suitable for trade, services and substantive local operations. Standard profit tax is 10% and VAT 12%; treatment depends on transactions and the applicable regime.
We compare incorporation, maintenance, staffing costs and ongoing obligations.
Discuss your business setupHigh Technology Park
For qualifying technology activities, HTP provides exemptions from profit tax, VAT and sales tax, with a 1% revenue contribution to the directorate. Employee-related taxes and contributions are calculated separately.
We assess services, revenue composition and residency conditions before recommending a structure.
Explore technology operationsTamchy SFIT
A dedicated platform for investment and corporate structures, financial and technology activities. Tax incentives apply within the defined legal scope; the appropriate status and, for regulated activities, permissions are required.
VM.Capital cooperates with Tamchy and helps assess suitability, documentation and the establishment process.

Tell us what you want to achieve. We will compare markets, functions, requirements and costs, then suggest a practical next step.
What needs to work across both jurisdictions
Tax and management
We consider effective management, potential permanent establishments, related-party transactions and eligibility for treaty treatment. Kyrgyz incorporation does not automatically end UAE obligations.
Banking and fund flows
We help explain activities, ownership and source of funds, and align payment purposes with contracts. Each bank independently decides account eligibility, available currencies and payment facilities.
Substantive operations
We plan management authority, staffing, contracts, accounting and mandatory reporting. Where functions move, we align intercompany arrangements and ownership of work produced.
Options for UAE-based private clients
A general question is enough for an initial enquiry. Personal circumstances, documents and asset details can be discussed separately once the scope is clear.
Additional banking options
We clarify personal-account requirements and help prepare documents and responses to the bank. Available products depend on nationality, residence, source of funds and bank policy.

Asset checks before purchase, share ownership, contracts, governance and succession. Where appropriate, we explore family offices and investment structures, including Tamchy options.

We help with legal and practical arrangements for residence, asset purchases and personal projects. Immigration status, tax residence and banking eligibility are assessed separately.
